Cloud phone system: reachable, professionally
A phone system in the cloud, also called hosted VoIP, replaces the physical exchange with an online platform. Staff call from a desk phone, a computer or an app: at the office, at home or on the road. You pay per user per month and expand when the team grows.
The benefits in a row
Five things a cloud system does that a box in the meter cupboard does not.
- Lower costNo exchange on site and no maintenance contract on hardware that sits idle. What you pay tracks the number of users rather than an investment made years ago.
- Flexible workingReachable anywhere on the business number, which saves hybrid teams a stack of forwards nobody keeps track of.
- A professional impressionMenus, queues, opening hours, voicemail to email and call statistics. Especially the last one: without figures, "we are hard to reach" is a feeling.
- Smart integrationsIntegration with your CRM, with Microsoft Teams and with caller recognition on incoming calls, so the name is on screen before you pick up.
- ScalableFive users today, fifty next year, without a new investment. Growth costs a line in the management console, not a new cabinet.
Proven platforms, configured by specialists
We supply and install solutions from among others the platforms below, and choose on what your organisation needs rather than on what happens to be in stock.
- Cloud platformsWe work with Xelion, Telepo, Intermedia, Enghouse and Aurora (teleQ) among others. Which one fits depends on the number of users, the queues you want and the reporting you need.
- Integrations and caller recognitionCloudCTI, RedCactus and Estos connect the system to your CRM or ERP, so an incoming call has a name and leaves a note in the right place.
- From a simple call plan to a service teamAn office with one menu asks something different from a team with queues, callback requests and hourly reporting. We configure both.
- A complete migrationOur engineers handle the switch including number porting, handsets and training, so the first working day on the new platform is not a training day.
We do not call ourselves an official partner or distributor of these platforms. What we do say is what we do: supply, configure, integrate and manage.

Questions we get about this
The ones that come up most, answered briefly.
What is the difference between VoIP and a cloud phone system?
VoIP is the technique: calling over the internet. The cloud phone system is the complete system on top of it, with call plans, menus, queues and management.
Do I need special handsets?
You can call with IP handsets, with an app or with your computer. We advise on and supply the hardware that fits how you work.
Is cloud telephony secure?
Yes, provided it is set up properly: encrypted calls and secured accounts. We configure it that way as standard, because a phone system with a default password gets found.
A phone system that moves with you
Ask for a demo or a quote. Tell us how many people make calls and which integrations you use, and we will know which platform fits.
