Business telephony that grows with your company
Being reachable is the lifeline of your business. Yet many SMEs struggle with ageing phone systems, scattered contracts and suppliers who point at each other. We handle the whole of business telephony: from cloud phone system and VoIP handsets to installation, integrations and ongoing management. And because we manage your IT as well, you never need two help desks again.
What we deliver
Five parts, and they do not all have to arrive at once.
- Cloud telephony (VoIP)Calling over the internet with a phone system in the cloud. No expensive hardware on site, but full flexibility: home working, forwarding, menus, queues and call recording.
- Desk and cordless handsetsProfessional IP desk phones, DECT handsets for warehouse or care settings, and headsets from established brands. Delivered configured, not in a box.
- Calling through Microsoft TeamsAttach your numbers to Teams and call from the environment the team already has open. That saves a second application and a second habit.
- Fixed-mobile integrationOne number at the office and on the road, so a client does not have to guess which of your two numbers to try.
- Meeting room solutionsVideo bars, speakerphones and complete meeting rooms, matched to the room rather than to the brochure.
Why ITproposal for your telephony?
We do not shift boxes, and the difference shows in what happens after delivery.
- Engineers who think alongWe advise on the set-up before anything is ordered: how many users, which queues, who picks up when the first person does not.
- Installation on siteIn the Netherlands and Belgium our own people do the installation, configure the call plan and train the staff. We do not subcontract that work.
- One party for IT and telecomYour network carries your telephony. Is it the line, the switch or the phone system? With one party that is a question, not a referral.
- 24/7 supportIf something jams, the support team is reachable. What 24/7 means in practice has a page of its own, so you know what you are buying.
From quote to handover in four steps
The first step is free and yields most, because that is where what currently goes wrong surfaces.
Advisory conversation
We take stock of the current situation and the wishes: what is there, what it costs in irritation and what has to change.
Tailored proposal
A clear set-up, no surprises. You see what runs per user per month and what is one-off, before you sign anything.
Installation and number porting
We arrange the porting of your numbers and install everything working. Porting sits with the losing party, which is where the lead time comes from.
Management and support
Changes, expansions and outages: one call is enough. Adding a new member of staff is an action, not a project.

Questions we get about this
The ones that come up most, answered briefly.
What does a cloud phone system cost?
You pay per user per month, without a large investment up front. What it comes to depends on the number of users and the features you want; we work it out before you choose.
Can I keep my current phone numbers?
Yes. We handle the full number porting, without a break in your reachability.
Does VoIP still work during an internet outage?
Calls can forward automatically to mobile numbers, so you stay reachable. If you want more certainty, a second internet connection with automatic takeover is the measure that actually counts.
How quickly can I switch?
Usually within two to four weeks. Almost all of the lead time sits in the number porting, and that sits with the party you are leaving.
Reachable without thinking about it
Tell us how many people make calls and what goes wrong now. We say what stays, what can go and what the switch costs in lead time.
