Business internet your company can build on

Your telephony, cloud applications and card payments all run on one thing: a stable internet connection. We advise on and supply the connection that fits the site, from business fibre to a redundant solution with automatic 4G/5G backup, and monitor it proactively from our management platform.

Services

Our connectivity services

Four parts, and the second only counts on the day the first fails.

  • Business internet connectionsFibre, DSL or coax, matched to the site and the usage. What is in the ground at an address decides more than what is in the brochure, so we look first.
  • Failover and backup connectionsAutomatic takeover during an outage, so you stay online. A second line first tested during an outage is not a backup but an assumption.
  • SIP trunkingConnect your existing phone system to modern voice services. That is the route by which a system that otherwise works fine lasts years longer.
  • VPN and site-to-site linksSecure working between locations and home desks, with a separation that is designed rather than grown.
How we work

How we deliver a connection

Three steps. We plan the switch so that there is no day without a connection in between.

Test what is there

We look at what is available at the address, what the current connection actually delivers and where it pinches. That often differs from what the contract says.

Install and migrate

The new connection is added before the old one goes. We coordinate the switch with the supplier, so you do not go offline during office hours.

Monitor and adjust

The connection joins our management platform. Outages, packet loss and saturation we usually see before the user does, which saves the "the internet is slow" ticket.

Frequently asked

Questions we get about this

The ones that come up most, answered briefly.

What is SIP trunking?

A SIP trunk connects your phone system to the telephone network over the internet. It is more flexible than traditional lines, and it is the way to keep using a system that otherwise works fine for years longer.

Can you arrange the switch from my current provider?

Yes. We handle the migration and time the switch so that the new connection is in place before the old one goes.

A connection that is not the weakest link

Not sure whether your current connection is fit for the future? We test it, say what actually passes through and what a second line would buy you.
