IT as a Service: all of IT as one service

With IT as a Service the whole chain sits with us: the workplaces, the network, the cloud and the service desk. You pay per employee per month and not per project or per hour. What changes under the bonnet is our concern, as long as what was agreed keeps standing.

What is included

Four parts, and one invoice

The difference from buying separately is not in the technology but in who is responsible when something does not work.

  • WorkplacesPurchase, setup, management and replacement. A new employee gets a device that is ready, and a departing one hands it back through a fixed process.
  • Network and connectivitySwitches, Wi-Fi, firewall and the link to the outside, monitoring included. During a fault you do not have to work out whose turn it is.
  • Cloud and serversWhat runs in the cloud and what stays on your own iron, with updates and backup continuing without anyone having to ask.
  • Service deskOne number for your people, in five languages. Reports reach someone who knows the system rather than a queue that transfers them.
How we work

How a handover runs

Three steps, and the first gives you something even if you do nothing with us afterwards.

Record what exists

We map equipment, licences, contracts and dependencies. You get that list, even if it stops at this conversation.

Run in parallel

We take over the reports step by step while the old party is still running. What cannot be transferred we name in advance rather than letting you discover it later.

Take over and account for it

After that it sits with us, with agreements on response and recovery, and reporting that states what was met and what was not.

What goes with this

IT as a Service is a bundle. These are the parts as they also exist separately.

IT that is no longer a project

Tell us how many people there are, what runs now and who does it now. You get a setup with an amount per employee per month and a handover plan with dates.
