What Primera makes
Primera makes label printers that print in colour from a roll: labels for products, samples and packaging that look factory-made without a printing house being involved. In a laboratory or small production run that is the difference between waiting for a print run and labelling fifty items today.
Why Primera, and where it stops
Primera fits where small runs of labels are needed that look presentable and where the content differs per batch. Where it stops: the cost per label is higher than at a printing house. Above a certain run, print is cheaper, and then this is the machine for the exceptions.
