What Tiptel makes
Tiptel has supplied telephony in the Benelux and Germany for decades and covers a broad field: the 8010 and 8020 are all-IP phone systems, the Htek UC900 series are the desk phones, and the Ergophone line is made for people who hear or see poorly. That last part is rare at an ordinary handset maker and counts in healthcare and local government.
Why Tiptel, and where it stops
Tiptel is the pick when not everyone in the office can use the same handset: alongside the ordinary desk phones there is a line for the hard of hearing and partially sighted, which makes one supplier possible where otherwise you would need two. Where it stops is the top of the market; for hundreds of users with heavy queue demands you look at a larger platform.
