What SHOKZ makes
SHOKZ makes bone conduction headsets: the sound travels through the cheekbone and the ear stays open. That is exactly what you want in a workshop, in a warehouse or out on delivery, where someone has to take a call without shutting out their surroundings. The OpenComm line is the business variant, with a boom microphone.

SHOKZ is the pick where someone has to take a call and still hear their surroundings: a workshop, a warehouse, a delivery round. Where it stops: an open ear works both ways. In a loud space you hear the call less well, and next to a colleague they hear it too. For a contact centre this is not the right model.
