Keeper Security rugged cases
We are a Keeper Security reseller: Wachtwoordkluis, KeeperPAM, Secrets Manager, BreachWatch. Ordered for the exact model, fitted before the device leaves, and with a price and lead time before you decide.
What Keeper Security makes
Keeper Security makes a password vault for organisations: a personal vault per employee, shared folders per team, and an admin screen showing where the same password turns up five times. There is also a line for administrator access and for keys inside software.
Why Keeper Security, and where it stops
Keeper Security is the choice when passwords currently live in a spreadsheet or in one employee’s browser: a vault makes visible who can reach what and takes reuse out. Where it stops: a vault does not replace two-step verification. Put that on top everywhere, or a stolen master password opens everything at once.

What the price depends on
We do not run a webshop, so there is no rate here that would not apply to your situation anyway. What is here is what the amount depends on, so you know what to send along to get one quickly.
- Model and configurationWithin one product line the gap between the entry model and the heaviest variant is large. Tell us what the device has to do and we pick the configuration that fits, rather than the most expensive one that would.
- The quantityOn a larger batch the per-device price comes down. Twenty at once is a different conversation from two, even when everything else is equal.
- What has to be on itA device delivered with your settings, software and security costs more than a box, and saves an installation day per unit. That is a choice, not a surcharge.
- Delivery and installationTo one address or to fifteen sites, with or without on-site placement, with or without taking away what was there. That difference is in the price and it is yours to steer.
- Buying or renting, and for how longThe same equipment can be a purchase or a monthly amount across three or four years. That changes not only the figure but where it lands in the books, and it is the conversation with the most in it.
What we do around Keeper Security
Ordering a case is the easy part. Whether it fits exactly and whether it lasts the school year counts after that.
- Ordered for the exact modelA case that almost fits does not protect. We order on the model and the generation, because a Chromebook 3110 is not a 3100.
- Fitted before shippingThe case is on the device before it leaves, not in a box beside it that stays on a counter.
- Spares in the orderA school-wide rollout needs spare cases. One always breaks, and then you do not want to reorder.
- Asset tag stays visibleThe cut-outs leave the serial number and the asset label readable, so the inventory does not trip over the protection.
What Keeper Security plugs into
What it hangs together with in practice. If you already run these, the brand fits onto what is there instead of beside it.

We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Türkiye from our own offices, and beyond that through our distribution partners. On a larger batch the per-device price comes down.
Frequently asked
Do Keeper Security cases fit our devices?
They are made per model, so it depends on which model and which generation you have. Send us the type number and we will say whether it exists and which variant fits.
Which Keeper Security do you supply?
Wachtwoordkluis, KeeperPAM, Secrets Manager, BreachWatch. The difference is how much protection against how much weight: the heaviest meets the military drop standard, the slimmest fits a charging cart.
Do you fit them to new devices?
Yes. If the devices come from us too, the case is on and the asset label applied before the box is closed. That saves a rollout afternoon.
