What EIZO makes
EIZO makes monitors for work where the image has to be right: FlexScan for the office, ColorEdge for design and print, RadiForce for image reading in healthcare. The panels are calibrated individually and that can be verified, which in the healthcare variant is a requirement rather than an extra.
Why EIZO, and where it stops
EIZO is the choice where a wrong colour or a missed detail costs money or safety: prepress, design, radiology. Where it stops: for an ordinary office desk you pay for properties nobody uses. Place them deliberately and take a solid office monitor for the rest.
