What Dropbox makes
Dropbox is storage that syncs on every device, with team folders, version history and links to send large files outside. Dropbox Sign adds electronic signing, so a contract goes round in the same environment.
Why Dropbox, and where it stops
Dropbox is the choice when a lot is shared with parties outside the organisation and it has to work without the other side creating an account. Where it stops: alongside Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace you get a second place where files live. Agree what belongs where, because two stores without an agreement become three within a year.
