What Datto makes
Datto makes backup appliances that can temporarily take over a failed server: the backup then runs on as a machine itself while the original is restored. That difference counts when half a day of standstill costs more than the appliance.

Do you supply Datto on its own, without management?
Yes. We supply and configure, and whether the management stays with us is a separate choice. What we do not do is hand over a box and leave the rest to you.
Which Datto equipment do you supply?
The business lines: SIRIS, ALTO, Datto Cloud Continuity. What fits follows from the number of sites, the number of devices and what is coming in the next few years.
Can you take over an existing network?
Yes, and that always starts with documenting what is there. At a handover it is usually the documentation that is missing, not the equipment.
