What Cofense makes
Cofense approaches phishing from two sides: employees receive practice mails to learn what goes wrong, and a button in the mail client lets them report a suspicious message. Those reports land with an analysis team that decides whether something is genuinely happening.
Why Cofense, and where it stops
Cofense is the choice when a filter is already running and things still get through regularly: the employee is then the last check, and that button makes reporting easier than forwarding to a colleague. Where it stops: practice mails only work without a reckoning. Use the results to decide where training is needed, not to confront somebody, or people stop reporting anything.
