What ClearVox makes
ClearVox is a Dutch maker of telephony platforms; Nexxt is the current product, licensed per user. The platform works with handsets from other brands such as Yealink, Gigaset and Snom, so a switch does not immediately mean replacing the entire handset fleet.
Why ClearVox, and where it stops
ClearVox is attractive when you want to keep your handsets through a switch: Nexxt works with hardware from other brands, so the investment in the fleet stays put. Where it stops is the size of the brand; it is a Dutch player and not a global one, which means fewer installers and a smaller ecosystem around it.

What the price depends on
We do not run a webshop, so there is no rate here that would not apply to your situation anyway. What is here is what the amount depends on, so you know what to send along to get one quickly.
- Model and configurationWithin one product line the gap between the entry model and the heaviest variant is large. Tell us what the device has to do and we pick the configuration that fits, rather than the most expensive one that would.
- The quantityOn a larger batch the per-device price comes down. Twenty at once is a different conversation from two, even when everything else is equal.
- What has to be on itA device delivered with your settings, software and security costs more than a box, and saves an installation day per unit. That is a choice, not a surcharge.
- Delivery and installationTo one address or to fifteen sites, with or without on-site placement, with or without taking away what was there. That difference is in the price and it is yours to steer.
- Buying or renting, and for how longThe same equipment can be a purchase or a monthly amount across three or four years. That changes not only the figure but where it lands in the books, and it is the conversation with the most in it.

Anyone can sign a licence. What it is worth depends on how it attaches to the rest.
- Configuration instead of installationNo device arrives, so the work sits in the set-up: who may do what, which queue hangs where, what happens outside office hours. Left on its defaults, software like this does less than half of what you pay for.
- Attached to what already runsThe value sits in the link to your CRM, your directory and your phone system. Without that link it is a second screen beside the first, and a second screen does not get used.

Yes. We supply and configure, and whether the management stays with us is a separate choice. What we do not do is resell a licence and leave the rest to you.

Can you take over an existing ClearVox environment?
Yes, and that starts with recording what is there: which licences run, which integrations exist and who may reach what. At a handover it is usually that record that is missing, not the software.
