What APC makes

APC makes standby power: the Back-UPS under a desk, the Smart-UPS in a server rack and the larger systems for a whole room, plus the rack PDUs and racks around them. The brand belongs to Schneider Electric and is the most common UPS in a plant room or server room in the Netherlands and Belgium.

APC is the choice for standby power you do not have to design yourself: the range runs from a single desk to a whole server room, and the management software shuts servers down cleanly before the battery is empty. Where it stops: a UPS bridges minutes, not hours. Anyone who must keep running longer is talking about a generator, not a bigger UPS.

Model and configurationWithin one product line the gap between the entry model and the heaviest variant is large. Tell us what the device has to do and we pick the configuration that fits, rather than the most expensive one that would.
The quantityOn a larger batch the per-device price comes down. Twenty at once is a different conversation from two, even when everything else is equal.
What has to be on itA device delivered with your settings, software and security costs more than a box, and saves an installation day per unit. That is a choice, not a surcharge.

Yes. We supply and configure, and whether the management stays with us is a separate choice. What we do not do is hand over a box and leave the rest to you.

Can you take over an existing network?
